|Composition:||1 Tabl. cont.: Vincetoxicum hirundinaria D6 75 mg; Vincetoxicum hirundinaria D10 75 mg; Vincetoxicum hirundinaria D30 75 mg; Sulfur D4 37,5 mg; Sulfur D10 37,5 mg.Each tablet contains approx. 300 mg of lactose.|
|Indications:||This medicine is prepared in accordance with homeopathic principles and is proposed to activate the non-specific defensive mechanism, particularly in the case of influenza and questionable virus diseases.|
|Contraindications:||Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, including excipients.|
|Warnings:||This preparation contains natural lactose. Although the quantity of lactose present is probably not sufficient to cause discomfort, a health professional should be consulted in strong cases of lactose intolerance. A temporary aggravation of the existing symptoms is possible after taking a homeopathic preparation.|
|Interactions:||No interactions studies have been performed.|
|Pregnancy and lactation:||If you are pregnant or breast feeding your baby please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care professional for advice before taking this medicine.|
|Dosage and directions for use:||Adults and children 12 years and older: In general,1 tablet 3 x daily.
Children 2-6 years: In general, 1 tablet 2 x daily.
The tablets should be allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
Infants up to 2 years: In general, 1 tablet 1 x daily.
For children and infants, it is recommended to crush the tablet and administer it dissolved in a little water.
Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after taking the medication.Always tell your health care professional if you are taking any other medicine. In the event of over dosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison control centre.
|Side Effects and Special Precautions:||Engystol® can have side effects.
In individual cases skin rashes may occur after use of Engystol®, in which case use of the product should be discontinued and the patient’s doctor consulted. Not all side effects reported for this medicine are included in this leaflet. Should your general health worsen or if you experience untoward effects while taking this medicine, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care professional for advice.
